By downloading or using DoseHero ("the app") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. The app is operated by TheRedArrowApps. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
Not medical advice
DoseHero is a tracking tool. It helps you log and review doses, weight, measurements, nutrition, side effects and mood. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not tell you what dose to take. Information shown in the app, including medication-level estimates, trends and reports, is for personal tracking only. Always talk to a healthcare professional before changing your medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist about your treatment, and seek urgent care for any medical emergency.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.
- Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend, or to other people's data.
- Don't use the app to share information you aren't entitled to share, and don't rely on it as the sole record for clinical decisions.
Your data
You can use the app without an account or real name, and your data is saved under an anonymous ID. You own what you log. You can delete everything at any time in Settings → Data → Manage my data → Delete all my data. This is permanent and can't be undone. Deleting the app alone does not delete your online data. Free and Pro features
DoseHero is free to use for core tracking: logging doses, reminders, the calendar, medication levels, weight, nutrition, mood and side effects, 7- and 30-day trends, and your last 90 days of history.
DoseHero Pro adds the doctor report PDF, the 90-day and "All" trend views, and history beyond the last 90 days. We may change which features are free or Pro as the app evolves.
Subscriptions and billing
- Pro is a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, period and any free trial are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Apple or Google handles refunds under their own policies.
- Purchases are verified through RevenueCat, and Pro access is controlled by the entitlement
dose_hero_pro_access. If you reinstall or change phones, use Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases with the same Apple or Google account. If Pro isn't unlocked after you've paid, email us.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and content are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. Your logged data remains yours.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Calculations such as medication levels are estimates.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or any health outcome or decision arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. When we do, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the app at any time, and we may suspend access if these terms are broken.
